Wool Slippers by Oromono

 

 

The talented British textile designer, Kirsty Anne Powell, brings organic shapes to life in her exquisite sculptural slippers and other accessories.  Now based in Amsterdam, Kirsty uses 100% Yorkshire wool in her Oromono workshop to create beautiful home accessories and wool clothing inspired by natural elements.  Each piece is a work of art, characterized by simplicity of design, texture and the beauty of materials.  So creative and unique are her designs, that Oromono was selected by Metropolitan Home as one of the top 100 designs of the century.

 

The Oromono wool slippers are available in black with white loop flower, gray with a white loop flower and black with red seabloom flower.   In stock in size medium and large. Medium corresponds to shoe sizes 7 - 8 1/2, while Large works for sizes 9 - 10 1/2.  Slippers conform and mold to your feet over time. Hand-crafted in the Netherlands.
