All Skovby chairs and tables are made from carefully selected wood that has been kiln dried to be in balance with the average indoor climate. Skovby uses water-based stains to achieve beautiful wood finishes, and then applies a lacquer for a durable, smooth and uniform surface. All Skovby furniture meets the rigorous standards of the Danish Technological Institute and the Danish Furnituremaker's Quality Control.
